The Portland Pickles
Project Summary
The Portland Pickles are a collegiate wood-bat baseball league in Portland, Oregon. They’re the reigning champions of the West Coast League (WCL) and have a huge cult following thanks to their outrageous fanfare and team mascot, Dillon T. Pickle. I was contracted to create team uniform concepts and fan merch since their inaugural season in 2016, and have been fortunate enough to coach their all-star teams since 2017.
My Roles
I designed their home, away, and alternate uniforms for the 2023-24 championship season. I was also contracted to design various ballcaps and fan merch for their team store in downtown Portland and to sell at their merch booths at Walker Stadium.
